Abstract: A computer-implemented automated lead processing system and method for lead development, the system including a lead set comprising lead data for one or more potential leads; and a table-driven customizable campaign interface for selection of a sequence of lead development steps applicable to said one or more potential leads, to initiate automated processing of said lead data in said lead set for said one or more potential leads, and to generate a monitoring record in a database of the system of said sequence of lead development steps, wherein the system is adapted on occurrence of at least one predefined trigger event to signal at least one action to be taken relating to the sequence of lead development steps, and wherein the system is adapted to display a status determination on said interface for said one or more potential leads, and automatically initiate a response to a trigger event if so desired.
