  • Patent number: 5584286
Abstract: The integrated breathing system of the present invention incorporates a mask covering the nose and mouth, an intake having two side hoses and a central inlet tube, and a window mount. The two side hoses attach to the opposite sides of the mask and surround the user's head for stability, connecting in the rear to the central tube. The central tube extends oppositely to a connection with the window mount for communication with air on the other side of the window. The window mount can be a foam block, a clip or an adjustable block, and a fan or other air conditioning means can be incorporated for providing a positive air flow to the mask. The system is an inexpensive and simply constructed alternative to the expensive breathing systems used in work places.
