Abstract: A fan housing assembly includes a fan and an air permeable, decorative grill mounted on a U-shaped bracket in a housing and two rotatably mounted, semi-circular damper plates in said housing, said plates being movable by air blown by said fan between a normal horizontal position blocking the air discharge opening of said housing and a vertical position not blocking said opening; and a mounting device for said housing, said mounting device being rigidly affixed to a support member and being adapted to extend through an opening in the wall of said housing for engagement with and support of said housing.
