  • Patent number: 10409171
Abstract: A process control system may include a controller configured to receive after-development inspection (ADI) data after a lithography step for the current layer from an ADI tool, receive after etch inspection (AEI) overlay data after an exposure step of the current layer from an AEI tool, train a non-zero offset predictor with ADI data and AEI overlay data to predict a non-zero offset from input ADI data, generate values of the control parameters of the lithography tool using ADI data and non-zero offsets generated by the non-zero offset predictor, and provide the values of the control parameters to the lithography tool for fabricating the current layer on the at least one production sample.

  • Publication number: 20190260735
Abstract: Mechanisms are provided, in a communication device associated with a first computing device, for capturing security data exchanged between the first computing device and a second computing device. The mechanisms receive a data message from either the first computing device or the second computing device. The data message is part of an operation for establishing a secure communication connection between the first computing device and the second computing device. The mechanisms filter the received data message for security data passed in the received data message and mirror the security data to an analysis port of the communication device. Moreover, the mechanisms output, via the analysis port, the security data to a data collection and analysis system that analyzes the security data with regard to security requirement compliance.

  • Patent number: 10369010
Abstract: An expandable curved inter-body fusion device is presented. The expandable curved inter-body fusion device can have a first plate, a second plate, and an insert positioned substantially therebetween the first plate and the second plate. The first plate, the second plate, and the insert define an interior cavity. Moving the insert longitudinally with respect to the first and second plates increases or decreases the distance of the first plate with respect to the second plate, effectively expanding the inter-body fusion device and increasing the volume of the interior cavity.
