    Abstract: A bend die assembly includes a bend die and a clamp block assembly. The bend die is reversible and includes a T-shaped projection which extends outward from the bend die. The clamp block assembly includes a first clamp block and a mating second clamp block. The first clamp block includes a first T-shaped opening sized to slidably receive the bend die T-shaped projection. Each clamp block includes a tube groove which includes a plurality of indentations corresponding to a desired compound bend to be formed in tubing.
