Abstract: A tool for compressing and holding the internal spring of a rotary joint 15 for the easy and safe removal and installation of the assembly plate screw/s having at one end an anchor (1) perpendicular to a spacer (2), which is perpendicular to a riser (3), which is parallel to the anchor.
