    Abstract: Fishing rod holder apparatus includes a support member having an upstanding wall with a pin-receiving aperture formed therein. A tubular holder member includes a mounting clevis with a pair of spaced legs. A pin extending between the spaced legs is received in the aperture of the support member. The support member includes a convex edge surface with flat portions for different positions of the tubular holder.
