Abstract: Systems and methods for model evaluation and enhanced user interface for analyzing machine learning models. An example method includes obtaining information associated with a machine learning (ML) model, wherein the ML model is associated with autonomous or semi-autonomous operation of a vehicle; obtaining validation data, wherein the validation data includes one or more video sequences obtained from image sensors of an end-user vehicle; obtaining output via computing forward pass-through ML model using validation data, wherein the output indicates, at least, location information associated with objects detected via the ML model in the validation data; determining values associated with metrics based on the obtained output; and generating user interface information based on one or more of the determined values or obtained output.

Abstract: Systems and methods for a vision-based machine learning model for autonomous driving with adjustable virtual camera. An example method includes obtaining images from a multitude of image sensors positioned about a vehicle. Features associated with the images are determined, with the features being output based on a forward pass through a first portion of a machine learning model. The features are projected into a vector space associated with a virtual camera at a particular height. The projected features are aggregated with other projected features associated with prior images. A plurality of objects which are positioned according to the virtual camera are determined.

Abstract: Systems and methods for a vision-based machine learning model for aggregation of static objects and systems for autonomous driving. An example method includes obtaining images from image sensors positioned about a vehicle. Features associated with the images are determined, with the features being output based on a forward pass through a machine learning model. The features are projected into a vector space associated with a birds-eye view based on the machine learning model. The projected features are aggregated with other projected features associated with prior images. Images depicting static objects in the birds-eye view are output.

Abstract: Surface coverings, such as vinyl flooring, carpeting and the like, comprising reclaimed VCT material, are disclosed. Vinyl composition tile (VCT) having at least 5% by weight reclaimed vinyl composition tile material which can include a surface adhesive, and filler, where the mixture is a thermoformed solidified material in individual tile form is disclosed. Methods for making these surface covering materials and using them to provide floor coverings are also disclosed. A system for presorting and grinding reclaimed VCT to provide feed material for these and other uses is also disclosed.
