Abstract: Systems and methods for visualizing investments are provided. An investment visualization tool includes a group of a plurality of entries associated with a first asset class. The group includes at least two subgroups associated with respective market characteristics. The group also includes a plurality of entries, each displaying a respective identifier and/or a respective numerical value. The entries are each disposed in one of the at least two subgroups, share a common visual characteristic associated with each subgroup, and are disposed substantially contiguously within the subgroups.

Abstract: The present disclosure is drawn to methods and systems for generating a financial tool. A selection of a financial asset is received, the financial asset belonging to one of a plurality of risk groups defining a plurality of risk levels for financial assets. The plurality of risk groups are ranked in accordance with a performance metric. The financial asset is inserted in the ranking in accordance with the performance metric. A common graphical element is assigned to the financial asset and the risk group to which the financial asset belongs, and the plurality of risk groups and the financial asset are displayed as ranked with the common graphical element.
