    Abstract: This invention is a composition comprising an admixture of one or more cementitious component(s) and one or more cellulosic component. The cellulosic components comprise a defined size and a defined aspect ratio and an amount of water which is within a range effective to impart characteristic in a final hardened product. Importantly, the present invention allows the reduction/elimination of the aggregate and sand content of concrete and similar material without loss of associated properties. Unexpectedly, there are significant improvements of some of the properties.
