    Abstract: This invention relates to dispensing systems, such as lavatory cleansing systems, particularly dispensers suitable for placement into a liquid containing vessel whose level of liquid is capable of changing from an upper level to a lower level and vice versa, such as a toilet tank. These dispensers dispense and deliver a conserved amount of lavatory cleanser, into the liquid containing tank by controlling the rate at which water enters the dispenser. This invention also relates to a controlled solubility lavatory cleanser for use in conjunction with the dispenser.
