  • Publication number: 20180005263
Abstract: An interactive text message advertising system is provided. The system is configured to generate a customer profile, in real time, based on an opt-in text message received by the system from a consumer. In some embodiments, the customer profile is created, at least initially, based solely on the consumer's mobile phone number. The customer profile is built in real time based on a variety of data sources, such as personally identifiable information (PII) and/or social networks. The customer profile is used to personalize a video advertisement that is selected to be sent in response to the opt-in text message.

  • Publication number: 20110282769
Abstract: A computerized system and method for displaying content to a plurality of users via a communications network, and for quantifying interactions between the users and the digital content utilizes a first computer program stored in a memory of a computer accessible to a user. A program module in the computer program causes the computer to confirm access of the digital content by the user, and to quantify a plurality of interactions between the user and the digital content. Data representative of the interactions are stored and/or uploaded via the communications network to a database. A second computer program is stored in the memory of a computer accessible to an entity authorized to access the data in the database. The second computer program may include an accounting module for creating an account record which reflects a charge to the accessing entity which varies based on the data in the database.

  • Patent number: 5181286
Abstract: A bed arrangement is provided for shipboard stateroom use. Fixedly positioned, spaced-apart, small single beds, having a leg space therebetween for daytime use as facing sofas, optionally can be converted to a large common bed, of a size larger in width than even a conventional king-size bed. This option allows booking flexibility in that the same stateroom can at different times be booked as providing separate, single beds, or optionally as providing a large common bed, comparable to or greater in size than that of a king-size bed. The option is effected by providing a readily assembleable and readily removable center bed section in the space between the normally spaced-apart separate beds. The invention thereby provides a means for increasing stateroom revenue in response to demand for large, shared bedding arrangements, when such demand occurs.
