  • Patent number: 12005912
Abstract: A method is provided for controlling a self-propelled work vehicle comprising a work attachment and at least left and right ground engaging units driven by respective first and second drivetrains. Upon determining transition from a first operating mode to a second operating mode (e.g., creep mode), the method includes selectively derating at least a portion of the drivetrain speed commands corresponding to propulsion of the work vehicle (e.g., the average of left and right track speeds), independent of a portion of the drivetrain speed commands corresponding to steering (e.g., the difference between the track speeds). The derate value may optionally be applied only to propulsion commands that produce forward motion, and not for reverse motion. Separate (non-zero) derate settings may optionally be provided for reverse and/or steering functions. Derate functionality may optionally be implemented upon detecting particular types (e.g. dozer) of attachments, or an associated work state.

  • Patent number: 11997928
Abstract: An integrated combustor-thermoelectric generator and method for producing electrical power and/or for operating a pneumatic or electric device. The apparatus includes a burner tube, a tubular heat exchanger extending along and around the burner tube, a plurality of thermoelectric generators disposed along sides of the heat exchanger, and a heat sink on an opposite side of the thermoelectric generators from the burner and heat exchanger. The thermoelectric generators can be paired with an electric valve or a DC air compressor for operating a pneumatic device by directing heated gases from the combustor through the heat exchanger to thermoelectric couples and/or modules for powering the air compressor. The thermoelectric generator and DC compressor can be installed to a natural gas source at a well pad for operating a pneumatic device at the well pad.

  • Patent number: T104002
Abstract: An insulative cabinet construction having a shell portion formed of a plurality of panels having securing portions interlocked in secured relationship. A liner is spaced inwardly of the shell structure, and foamed-in-place insulation is formed between the shell structure and liner so as to be adhered to the shell structure and liner and effectively embed the securing portions of the shell to maintain the interlocked secured relationship thereof. The interlocked portions of the shell may be crimped portions, staked portions, or stamped-together portions, as desired. The shell panels may include flanges on edge portions to provide column strength at the corners of the cabinet. The shell panels may be prefinished. Preformed closure means are provided extending between the liner and shell structure outwardly of the insulation.
