  • Publication number: 20010020001
Abstract: A product for providing anti-static and scent to clothes being laundered in a dryer has a plurality of beads, or pearls, of a polymer composition impregnated with anti-static agents and perfume contained in a mesh bag. The bag and pearls are placed in a clothes dryer with clothing being dried. The anti-static agents and perfume are transmitted to the clothing during the drying cycle. The pearls are composed of a mixture of polypropylene and polyethylene. A whitening agent, such as titanium dioxide, a blowing agent and coloring can all be added to the pearls.

  • Patent number: 6170430
Abstract: A gas feedthrough in a semiconductor processing apparatus comprises a static-dissipative composite material. This material is characterized by good resistance to electromigration and is preferably made of a homogeneous material. This apparatus for preventing the transfer of energy to a gas flown through a gas line and comprises a gas feedthrough comprising a static-dissipative material, the feedthrough having a first end for abuttingly contacting an electrically energized member and a second end for contacting a grounded member, the feedthrough defining a void therein along its length to house a gas line.

  • Patent number: 4983578
Abstract: A novel air freshener composition and a combination product which uses same in an a device which has an emanator are described. The composition employs a combination of reagents which inhibit its evaporation so that the useful life of the air freshener is significantly lengthened.

  • Patent number: 4732612
Abstract: A furniture polish composition characterized by an internal aqueous phase and an external oil phase, the composition containing an ethoxylated montan acid wax in an amount of from 0.5 to 5% by weight, which constituent functions both as an emulsifier and as the wax. Also included in the composition is from 10 to 50% hydrocarbon solvent; from 0 to 15% polysiloxane, and water. A coemulsifier may be included at low levels, less than 0.5% by weight, the weight ratio of the ester to the emulsifier being greater than 1:1.
