  • Publication number: 20240115946
Abstract: A game system operates by: receiving character attribute selection data to be associated with a game character, wherein the character attribute selection data indicates a unique subset of a set of character attributes of a character attribute database; generating, based on the character attribute selection data, display data associated with the game character; facilitating, based on the display data associated with the game character, generation of a player token NFT associated with the game character; and preventing use of the unique subset of character attributes of the character attribute database in generating other game characters. Facilitating play of a game when the player token NFT is validated.

  • Patent number: 9568632
Abstract: An electromagnetic gradiometer (EMG) survey kit includes a lightweight man-carry boom about ten feet long. Matched magnetic dipole antennas are attached at each end and connected to a differential EMG receiver able to make measurements in the picoTelsa range. A pair of staging tripods allow the man-carry boom to be prepared for field use and assist the user in positioning themselves under a shoulder sling. An air core transmitter loop antenna and a low frequency square wave generator are spotted nearby a survey on the ground surface. Its emissions will illuminate any underground conductive structures with primary electric field waves. These in turn will reradiate near field magnetic waves that can be detected by the EMG receiver while walking around in a search area on the ground surface. GPS navigation receivers are used to locate and log the changing positions of the EMG receiver and stationary loop transmitter.

  • Patent number: 7224289
Abstract: A slickline data transmission system for a high pressure oil-field well comprises inductive couplers at opposite ends of a slickline in order to establish real-time radio communication between down-the-hole logging toolstrings and supervisory control and data acquisition equipment on the surface. A frequency shift keyed (FSK) carrier centered around radio is used to send data up to the surface and commands back down to the toolstring. The toolstring itself can be a conventional one with a TDMA interface originally intended to be memory-dumped when the toolstring is returned to the surface.

  • Publication number: 20020015536
Abstract: An apparatus for processing imaging data in a plurality of spectral bands and fusing the data into a color image includes one or more imaging sensors and at least two image-acquiring sensor areas located on the imaging sensors. Each sensor area is sensitive to a different spectral band than at least one of the other sensor area or areas, and each sensor area will generate an image output representative of an acquired image in the spectral band to which it is sensitive. The apparatus further includes a software program that runs on a computer and executes a registration algorithm for registering the image outputs pixel-to-pixel, an algorithm to scale the images into a 24-bit true color image for display, and a color fusion algorithm for combining the image outputs into a single image.

  • Patent number: 5308632
Abstract: A stable rice product is disclosed which is acid-pasteurized. The rice is treated with a polymeric food acceptable acid to a pH of 4.5 and lacks an acid flavor. Alginic acid, pectic acid, carageenic acid and carboxymethylcellulose acid are indicated to be suitable acids.

  • Patent number: 4834997
Abstract: A method of extending the shelf life of foodstuffs comprises the steps of evacuating gas from the foodstuff and treating the foodstuff with carbon dioxide and sulphur dioxide either in admixture or sequentially. The gases are then evacuated from the foodstuff, which is sealed into a container under an inert gas. In cases where the preserved foodstuff is likely to exude moisture during storage, water may be removed from the product. Foodstuffs treatable by the method include fruit such as apples.
