The cover is an arc-shaped partially translucent elongated member. The cover is colored to create a glowing effect when light emitted from the light source passes through the cover in a forward direction. Light emitted from the light source in a rearward direction reflects off of the support. The cover allows the light source to create both a glowing effect and a back-lit effect.
