Abstract: A bidirectional electroosmotic pump may be provided. The bidirectional electroosmotic pump may be made of materials that are biocompatible and non-ferrous. The bidirectional electroosmotic pump may be part of an implantable medical device for the purpose of medicine delivery. The bidirectional electroosmotic pump may contain a working fluid and may facilitate the delivery of a separate payload fluid. In an exemplary embodiment, the bidirectional pump may contain bellows which may allow the pump to deliver the payload fluid through a series of valves and/or catheters. In another embodiment the bidirectional electroosmotic pump may contain a pump sensing mechanism to monitor the state of the pump.

Abstract: A method, system, and computer readable storage to enable a kiosk (or other interactive input/output device) in a building to allow a visitor to interact with it without physical contact (touching). The visitor can browse the tenant listing, request to visit a tenant of the building without an appointment, or visit a tenant in the building with an appointment. The visitor can use their own cell phone as an interface to interact with the kiosk and enable the functionality.

Abstract: A heating mechanism that includes: heating elements; a heating apparatus, wherein the heating apparatus includes a clear lid and openings in the clear lid; burners beneath each of the openings; an ejection mechanism adapted to eject the heating elements placed in the burner; and a temperature control. The heating elements may be formed in the shape of rocks. Each burner preferably includes a grouping of jet flames.

Abstract: A method is provided for forming polymer on an interior surface of a reaction chamber. A polymer-forming gas is introduced into the chamber during the etching of a photoresist layer of a semiconductor wafer within the reaction chamber and the environment is regulated to form the polymer on the interior surface of the chamber. The polymer thus formed reduces the standard deviation of the critical dimensions of the semiconductor wafer. A method for the manufacture of integrated circuits is also provided.
