  • Publication number: 20250090295
Abstract: Implants including stitching patterns that overlap to produce a corner-locked stitch pattern. An implant may include a substrate including a biocompatible material a reinforcing mesh sewn into the substrate. The reinforcing mesh may include a corner-stitch pattern that includes a first lock-stitch pattern and a second lock-stitch pattern. The first lock-stitch pattern may include a first upper thread and a first lower thread that interlace at a first thread interlace point. The second lock-stitch pattern may include a second upper thread and a second lower thread that interlace at a second thread interlace point. The second lock-stitch pattern may overlap the first lock-stitch pattern such that the second upper thread and the second lower thread envelope the first upper thread and the first lower thread adjacent to the first thread interlace point and the second thread interlace points.

  • Patent number: 12245953
Abstract: A bone graft delivery system includes a rasp having an elongate body extending between a proximal end and a distal end, a lumen extending through the elongate body and configured to receive bone graft material, a rasping surface removably couplable to the distal end of the elongate body and configured to decorticate bone material of a patient, and one or more openings configured to deliver bone graft material from the lumen.

  • Publication number: 20250049552
Abstract: Layered materials for using in implants, such as hernia repair implants. The layered materials may include a first layer including a substrate (e.g., mesh) and a second layer including a sheet of anti-adhesive material. The layers may be attached at small attachment sites that are separated by regions in which the layers are not attached, to provide a highly compliant implant. The compliance of the implant may match that of a patient's body upon implantation and/or over time following implantation.

  • Publication number: 20250041040
Abstract: Compliance control stitch patterns sewn or embroidered into biotextile or medical textile substrates impart reinforcing strength, and stretch resistance and control into such substrates. Compliance control stitch patterns may be customizable to particular patients, substrate implantation sites, particular degenerative or diseased conditions, or desired time frames. Substrates having compliance control stitch patterns sewn or embroidered into them may be used in tissue repair or tissue reconstruction applications.

  • Patent number: 12208000
Abstract: Corner-lock stitch patterns. A mesh pattern may include a first pattern of a first upper thread and a first lower thread comprising one or more first polygonal or circular rings, and a second pattern of a second upper thread and a second lower thread comprising one or more second polygonal or circular rings. At least one of the second polygonal or circular rings may overlap with at least one of the first polygonal or circular rings at an area of overlap. The area of overlap may include a corner-lock stitch pattern in which the second upper thread and second lower thread envelop the first upper thread and the first lower thread.

  • Publication number: 20250025310
Abstract: A sacroiliac joint implant system includes a primary implant configured to be received in a sacroiliac joint of a patient and a secondary implant configured to couple with the primary implant. The primary implant includes a body extending from a proximal end to a distal end and a plurality of threads extending from the body. The secondary implant includes a first anchor configured to anchor within a sacrum of the patient and a second anchor configured to anchor within an ilium of the patient.

  • Patent number: 10051919
Abstract: An upper comprising a flexible layer configured to receive a foot, a bladder coupled to an outer surface of the flexible layer, and an inflation mechanism operatively coupled to the bladder for inflating the bladder such that the flexible layer is drawn toward the foot. The bladder extends from a lateral side in a heel region across a throat region to a medial side in the heel region. The bladder comprises a plurality of fluidly connected segments, each segment forming an angle with an adjacent segment.
