  • Publication number: 20070191983
Abstract: An electrically operate system that facilitate human interaction with food and beverage containers and their contents. Electrically operable indicators (eg LED's) facilitate human insertion/retrieval of wine bottles to/from wine storage systems (eg wine cellar, wine rack). A similar system permits beverages used in the preparation of mixed drinks (eg cocktails) to be readily located by a human. An electronic system facilitate the addition of predetermined amounts of beverages to a cocktail or similar mix. An electrically operable display attached to a drinking container (eg cocktail glass) is disclosed that presents details pertaining to the person intended to consume the cocktail and/or information about the cocktail. A method of providing a box of chocolates with a display that may be used to output an electronic greeting card and/or facilitate selection of a first chocolate from a second chocolate is disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20070150091
Abstract: An organizing apparatus for sorting and mating members (1) of a plurality of members, the mated members forming a matched set. A preferred application is to sort socks (1). The invention comprises indicia (14) and electronic devices (3) preferably attached to each member (1) of the matched sets; a means to read said indicia (11) that may be human, or an electrically operated device (11); and a means to associate said read information with areas on a sock storage devices. Said association preferably includes the use of electrically operable indicator means (e.g. LED) attached to said sock storage device. The sock storage preferably may be temporary storage for the purpose of sorting/mating socks and/or for storage of socks for subsequent use. Means for automatically tracking the contents of luggage is disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20060044109
Abstract: The present invention describes a method for coupling electronically addressable and readable illumination means to one at least lock keys. Said illumination means may be used to identify key function and to select a particular key from a group of keys on a key grouping means (eg key ring). A novel key ring is described that may deliver power and electronic signals via conductor means to one at least keys. The system is controlled by a key control means that is preferably provided in a key tag format. The invention provides scope to couple other electronic devices and functions to a key ring. A method of automatically attaching/detaching keys from a key ring is also described.

  • Publication number: 20050223479
Abstract: A system of removing garments from a person (250) by remote control wherein garment closures open automatically in response to remote commands issued by an operator (249). These commands include the operator's voice (246) and wireless commands issued by a Remote Undressing Means (247). A TV remote control (292) preferably may be used to issue undressing commands. Means internal to the garment closures (eg. clock (283)) may moderate opening of automated closures. Opening of garment closures may also be influenced by the GPS coordinates (244) of the wearer and by commands issued to plural wearers of auto-undress garments to enhance the enjoyment of games of chance (243), parties and dance (242) and music and video (242). Chemical light decorative means may be coupled to the garment and illuminated automatically, preferably under remote control.
