Abstract: A hand-held exercise device is disclosed. The exercise device includes a series of bell-shaped connectors. Each of the bell-shaped connector includes a spherical head and a spherical receiving cavity. The series is formed by rotatably coupling the spherical head of one bell-shaped connector to the receiving spherical cavity of another bell-shaped connector. The series of bell-shaped connectors is covered by a sheath for protection. A first end of the series of bell-shaped connectors has a spherical head in order to rotatably couple to a first handle having a coupler located at one end of the first handle. Similarly, a second end of the series of bell-shaped connectors has a receiving cavity in order to rotatably couple to a second handle having a coupler located at one end of the second handle.

Abstract: A substantially rigid toilet base spacer is disclosed. The toilet base spacer has a minimum of four ounces per square inch load bearing capacity. The initial size of the toilet base spacer is larger than a base of a commode, and the toilet base spacer can be trimmed to fit exactly under any commode.

Abstract: Provided herein are urinals which are of a splash-free design to the user. A urinal according to the invention comprises a splash wall and a special collection pocket design which reduces splashing and enables a minimum amount of water to be necessary for completely flushing the units, typically less than two ounces of water.

Abstract: A foam type elevator base that may be purchased large enough to fit most commodes and that is easily cut with a sharp tool or a hot wire and that is given a finished look using a thin plastic cover fastened adhesively over the edge is disclosed.

Abstract: A series of open dumbbell shaped connectors, each with a male end and each with a female end, sized so that a male end may be snapped into a female end to form a series that may be connected at each to a handle, with the series having sufficient resistance to movement of the handles that forearms and wrists may be reasonably exercised to develop and maintain muscle tone by a user twisting and coiling the series.

Abstract: An auxiliary urinal retrofittable to an existing commode. The urinal is connected to a base plate which is placed between the base of the toilet and the floor and allows the urinal to drain liquid into the drain used by the commode. The urinal has a cup shaped head with a flush ring therein and a free standing semi-rigid drain line connected thereto and to the base plate to effect drainage. The semi-rigid drain line has limited travel segments to allow the user to manually position the urinal head to an optimum use position. In an alternative embodiment, the urinal is housed in a cover and placed against a wall.
