    Abstract: An apparatus for continuously conveying ore and the like. A penetrator, rotatably disposed about a common coaxial horizontal axis shared by the forward section of a first conveyor, fluidizes a muck pile to continuously load material onto the first conveyor. Actuators for independently oscillating the penetrator and independently positioning the first conveyor are provided. An optional second conveyor may be employed to transport the material away from the first conveyor.
