Abstract: A universal seat cover including an expanse of fabric with a top end and a bottom end, and an inverted pocket with a contractible opening containing an elastic braid such that the inverted pocket hugs the seat over which it is fitted or placed. The universal seat cover also has an aperture through which a head rest can be fitted. The aperture can be made to be resealable by the inclusion of one or more zipper assemblies. One or more pockets can be attached to the face of the expanse of fabric.
