Abstract: A method is provided for verifying the contents of forms, comprising: receiving a dataset from a client, the dataset associated with a transaction; transmitting the dataset to a document vendor to be entered into and complete a transaction document form; receiving the completed transaction document form from the document vendor; generating a code uniquely associating the completed document with the dataset; printing the code onto the completed document; transmitting the completed document to the client; after the document has been executed, receiving the executed document from the client and separately the current dataset; using the code on the executed document, retrieving the stored transaction dataset; comparing the stored dataset with the dataset separately delivered as the current dataset; identifying all inconsistencies between the two datasets and storing these results as separate data; and transmitting a message to the client with the result of the comparison.

Abstract: There is disclosed an access system for secure delivery of goods and a secure method for the delivery of such goods. In one embodiment, the access system is accessed by a two-part access code. In another embodiment, the secure storage unit is accessed by the use of an access code in a certain time frame. A central controller preferably controls the delivery technique. The technique is particularly advantageous when used as a method of delivering goods ordered over the Internet. The delivery technique is controlled through a central management system or hub, access to which may be provided through a website. Participating retailers can be accessed directly or through the central management system.

Abstract: A robotic system for handling components during chromatographic analysis of a sample includes a holder for positioning a sample within a separation pathway, the holder including a first opening having an internally tapered shape and a second opening having an externally tapered shape. An interior of the holder, between the first and second openings, defines the separation pathway. A hollow rigid member has an externally tapered shape, and a receiving portion has an internally tapered shape. The holder is positioned between the hollow rigid member and the receiving portion, wherein the externally tapered hollow rigid member engages the internally tapered first opening and the internally tapered receiving portion receives the externally tapered second opening to provide a sealed separation pathway extending from the hollow rigid member to the receiving portion.

Abstract: Human monoclonal antibodies that specifically bind to TNFSF13b polypeptides are disclosed. These antibodies have high affinity for hTNFSF13b (e.g., KD=10?8 M or less), a slow off rate for TNFSF13b dissociation (e.g., Koff=10?3 sec?1 or less) and neutralize TNFSF13b activity in vitro and in vivo. The antibodies of the invention are useful in one embodiment for inhibiting TNFSF13b activity in a human subject suffering from a disorder in which hTNFSF13b activity is detrimental. Nucleic acids encoding the antibodies of the present invention, as well as, vectors and host cells for expressing them are also encompassed by the invention.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for aerial fire suppression utilizing a potable fire retardant chemical dispensing system, readily adaptable, without extensive aircraft modification, to various makes of aircraft, for dispensing current types of forest and range fire fighting chemicals. The aerial delivery system is self contained and reusable. It enables cargo/utility aircraft to carry and dump a load, under control. The aerial delivery system is capable of attachment at the wing box, pressurized delivery from the nozzles, and nozzles directed straight downward.
