Abstract: A footwear outsole created partially from a preferred recycled rubber consisting of a rubber powder of a high surface to area to volume ratio. The recycled rubber is created via a fully mechanical process and devulcanized without the use of chemicals. When mixed and re-vulcanized into new rubber, the surface area to volume ratio of the recycled rubber particles produce a rubber that mixes well with virgin rubber and results in a compound with excellent physical parameters. The recycled rubber powder has rubber particles that are preferably of a size between 250 and 1000 micrometers. Consumer products such as footwear outsoles, produced using the preferred recycled rubber mixed with virgin rubber display excellent physical properties for the intended use of footwear outsoles.

Abstract: Techniques for measuring abundances of sequences includes obtaining first data that indicates a target sequence at a plurality of loci, wherein the target sequence comprises a plurality of bins of loci for which a relative abundance is indicative of a condition of interest. Second data is determined that indicates alignment with the target sequence of reads of DNA fragments in a sample from the subject. Third data is determined that indicates locus dependent observed variations in abundance. A raw count Hj of reads is determined that start at each locus j; and, a copy number of a first bin is determined based on a sum over all loci in the first bin of expected counts for each partition weighted by the locus dependent observed variations. Output data that indicates condition of the subject based at least in part on the copy number of the first bin is presented.

The system architecture allows for anonymization of input user identifying data to uniquely protect that data while making attribute information regarding groups of users available for other entities to access in a manner that allows the other entities to target groups of users according to the attribute information. A unique level of compartmentalization of anonymous and non-anonymous data including temporal and geographic anonymization barriers is provided. The processes enable the system to continually learn and improve its ability to perform cohort discovery, cohort-matching and cohort-matched content delivery in an entirely anonymous data space are also specified.
