Abstract: A tow dolly lift having a tubular member that is connected to a hydraulic system configured to lift a vehicle. The tubular member includes an extendable arm and a platform body, the hydraulic system includes a pair of hydraulic lifting pistons and a power source, and the tubular member is operably connected to the hydraulic system. In operation, the tubular member raises the vehicle upwardly and extends outwardly from the tow dolly to lower and extend under the vehicle. The tubular member then lifts the vehicle upward onto the tow dolly under hydraulic power. In this way, the tow dolly lift automatically secures the vehicle to the tow dolly. The tow dolly lift is assembled into a tow dolly lift or be a standalone unassembled tow dolly lift kit sold as an aftermarket item.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are immune stimulatory compositions, pharmaceutical compositions, and vaccines comprising a polynucleotide comprising at least one antigen nucleic acid which encodes at least one pathogen protein or an antigenic fragment thereof, wherein the antigen nucleic acid is operably linked to a first promoter; a delivery component selected from the group consisting of a cationic polymer, a poly-inosinic-polycytidylic acid, a poloxamer, or derivative thereof; and an adjuvant comprising an aluminum or aluminum-salt based adjuvant, a stimulator of interferon genes (STING) agonist, or a combination thereof. Methods of production and therapeutic use of the same are also disclosed herein.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are polynucleotides comprising a first nucleic acid encoding a first pathogen antigen and, optionally, a second nucleic acid encoding a second pathogen antigen, and, optionally, a nucleic acid encoding an immune modifier. In some aspects, the first pathogen antigen is a SARS-CoV-2 spike protein or antigenic fragment thereof. In some aspects, the second pathogen antigen is a SARS-CoV-2 protein or an antigenic fragment thereof. In some aspects, polynucletide includes two or more different immune modifiers. Also disclosed herein are vectors, compositions, pharmaceutical compositions, vaccines, lyophilized compositions, and cells comprising such polynucleotides. The dataset is used to predict unknown demographics of users based on the adjustable weights associated with the alternative demographic values for extracted features from social media messages. A confidence level may be output for a predicted demographic that corresponds to a difference between a sum of weights associated with the predicted value and another demographic value. The predicted demographic value may be output when the confidence level exceeds a threshold. The weights may be updated when the confidence level is below the threshold even when the prediction is correct.

The logic server dynamically controls the content of screens to be displayed on the display. The memory, which is accessible to the logic server, contains a profile of at least one user. In operation, the ATM detects the swipe of a user's card and requests the profile of the user whose card was swiped from a host. The ATM then receives the user's profile and stores the user's profile in the ATM.

Abstract: A system and method in a multi-channel detection system for multi-rate filter bank applications for converting overlapping rectangular two-dimensional (2D) regions into a new set of non-overlapping rectangular regions for the efficient reconstruction of a signal wherein each non-overlapping region has a maximum extent in a major dimension is described. Overlapping regions are split into marked regions in a non-uniform grid and merged along the major dimension and along the minor dimension to form non-overlapping regions wherein no two non-overlapping rectangular regions have an adjacent edge orthogonal to the major dimension thereby increasing the efficiency of data compression and reducing error-rates.
