  • Publication number: 20240099703
Abstract: This disclosure describes a system, method, and non-transitory computer readable media for an ultrasound probe configured to capture ultrasound images of an examination region. The system includes a first set of one or more sensors coupled to the ultrasound probe and configured to estimate a first positional information associated with the ultrasound probe. The system includes a second set of one or more sensors coupled to the ultrasound probe and configured to capture electromagnetic force (EMF) measurements in the examination region to estimate a second positional information associated with the ultrasound probe. The second positional information is used to calibrate the first set of one or more sensors. The system includes a controller configured to use at least one of (i) the first positional information, or (ii) the second positional information to generate a reconstruction of the examination region based on ultrasound images captured by the ultrasound probe.

  • Patent number: 11597111
Abstract: A safety razor is provided having a blade head capable of having an adjustable angle relative to a grasping handle and an adjustability of tension of a pivot to the blade. The blade head is connected by an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the blade head that is substantially enclosed within a conduit formed within the grasping handle. The blade head is angularly adjustable between an angle >95° from a linear centerline of the handle to about 22° from the linear centerline of the handle. A blade head adapter may be further provided to allow for attachment and use of alternate existing blade head cartridges.

  • Publication number: 20050160709
Abstract: An air filter for use in vehicle air conditioning/handling systems includes a pleated filter material having a MERV of more than 1 and preferably of at least 8. The pleated filter material has a wire mesh disposed on its back or downward air flow side, and is encased within a frame for easy installation into air handling equipment. The frame has a relatively slim profile of less than 0.22 inches, and has relatively narrow frame rails of less than 0.625 inches in width so as to beneficially reduce the air pressure drop across the air filter when installed in the vehicle's air conditioning/handling equipment.

  • Patent number: 4119032
Abstract: A printing roll is mounted in a printing machine in such a way that a sleeve on its outer surface can be removed axially while the roll remains substantially in its working position. One end bearing of the roll is free of axial restraint relative to the roll and is removably secured to a side frame of the machine. For axial positioning, an adjustable restrainer engages the roll axle at that end. Beyond the other side frame a counterpoise acts on the roll axle to support the roll when the one end bearing is removed. The counterpoise may be a hydraulically operated pull roll, permanently engaged to the roll axle through a yoke and a rolling contact bearing.
