The assembly further includes a plurality of doors, each door being associated with at least one storage compartment and movable between a closed position in which the door generally prevents access to the associated storage compartment and an open position in which the door allows access to the associated storage compartment. The assembly further includes a plurality of accessory components. Each accessory component is operatively associated with at least one of the doors, and each accessory component is operatively coupled to a controller via control wiring. The storage assembly includes a front-facing channel in which the control wiring is at least partially positioned.
