Abstract: Disclosed is a method, process and system for sealing cracks in concrete substrates such as walls and floors. A plurality of holes are drilled through the concrete substrate, with at least one hole on each opposing side of the crack. Then a polymer rubber gel that is thick enough to not flow at room temperature (e.g. comprising 99% solids) is heated in a tank to an elevated temperature (e.g. 120-200° F.). Next, the heated polymer rubber gel is pumped in the heated state through one of the holes in the concrete. The pumping continues until the polymer rubber gel is observed exiting a second drilled hole that is spaced apart from the injecting hole. The polymer rubber gel rapidly cools and solidifies, thereby forming a waterproofing membrane that seals the crack(s).

Abstract: Polymer Rubber Gel is heated to an elevated temperature and sprayed against the exposed rock to form a generally uniform surface. The Polymer Rubber Gel can be sprayed on the rock surface using a heated want coupled to a heated kettle. Then, a layer of I polyethylene is formed against the polymer rubber gel layer. Finally, a finish layer such as concrete, tile, brick or segmental wall block is placed against the outer side of the polyethylene layer.

Abstract: A waterproofing system incorporating Polymer Rubber Gel addresses permeation of water as well as soil gases through concrete substrates. A sandwich if formed by spraying a layer of Polymer Rubber Gel between two layers of polyethylene such as Geo Textile Fleece High-density polyethylene (HDPE). This sandwich is placed between the earth and the concrete substrate.
