  • Publication number: 20190080381
Abstract: A system and method of inventory management through event centric group negotiations comprising, receiving via at least one electronic device an event guest list to populate and define characteristics of the event centric group, receiving from at least one secondary electronic device an available inventory of an event forum, wherein the at least one secondary electronic device is at least one of the at least one electronic device and another electronic device and receiving from at least one tertiary electronic device a proposal based on the available inventory of the event forum and the defined characteristics of the event centric group, wherein the at least one tertiary electronic device is at least one of the at least one electronic device and the another electronic device.

  • Publication number: 20170240901
Abstract: Provided are siRNA molecules that are particularly efficient in their ability to reduce transcription and expression of TNF or IL-1? in canine macrophage and synovial cells. The siRNA molecules demonstrate improved silencing of TNF or IL-1? as compared to siRNA molecules disclosed prior to the present invention. These properties are demonstrated in accepted experimental models of osteoarthritis, and particularly canine osteoarthritis. The siRNA molecules of the invention, may be employed in pharmaceutical compositions for use in the prevention and/or reduction of osteoarthritis in dogs. The inventors have found that encapsulation of the siRNAs in small PLGA microspheres confers surprisingly advantageous properties.

  • Publication number: 20050192352
Abstract: A method for modulating enzymatic degradation of articular cartilage in a dog comprises administering to the dog an enzymatic degradation modulating effective amount of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), for example as a component of a food composition. By practice of the method in a dog having arthritis, mobility of the dog can be increased, weight bearing in an arthritic limb can be increased, and/or pain associated with arthritis can be reduced.

  • Patent number: 5891214
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for increasing the effectiveness of the smelting reduction of oxidic metal carriers, particularly iron ore, and improving the heat efficiency of the charged fuels in the smelting reduction process which takes place in a reaction vessel containing a molten bath with a layer of slag and wherein the reaction gases escaping from the molten bath are afterburned with oxidizing gases, the resulting heat is transferred to the molten bath and the reacting agents, ore and carbon, are fed to the smelt at least partly from the top through the gas space of the reaction vessel, wherein these reacting agents, ore and carbon, are added in a compact form to the molten bath as a composite material with or without further escort substances.
