    Abstract: A bidirectional broadband log-periodic antenna assembly has a printed wiring board having a plurality of log-periodic antennas etched upon at least one side thereof. Each log-periodic antenna comprises a plurality of antenna elements extending from a common trunk. A resistive film is formed upon a distal end of a longest antenna element extending from at least one trunk. The resistive film enhances a low frequency response of the antenna.
