  • Patent number: 4951702
Abstract: A non-rise bidet valve comprising a housing having a fluid inlet and first and second discharge openings; a fluid diverting chamber having a fluid admitting opening and first and second outtake ports; a fluid passage connecting the fluid inlet in open fluid communication with the fluid admitting opening of the diverting chamber; a first fluid outlet passage connecting the first outtake port with the first discharge opening; a second fluid outlet passage connecting the second outtake port with a second discharge passage; and a diverter member mounted in the diverting chamber for movement between first and second positions.

  • Patent number: 4918763
Abstract: A water closet is disclosed having a bowl with rim wash outlets and a tank connected thereto containing flushing water at a level where most of the water will not flow by gravity through the bowl rim outlets. A tank water withdrawing device is mounted in the tank and is automatically activated when flushing is initiated to withdraw water from the tank and direct it to the bowl rim outlet to supplement the volume of water flowing from a water supply inlet connected to the tank to conserve water usage and provide proper rim wash at low water supply pressure.

  • Patent number: 4753418
Abstract: A non-rise faucet assembly including a body 12 having a bore 14 therethrough. The bore includes a fluid inlet end 16, a valve stem chamber 17, a valve seat 19 and a fluid outlet 22. A valve stem 29 is rotatably mounted in the bore with a valve means 33 in engagement with the valve seat. The degree of rotation of the valve stem is controlled by a valve stem rotation restricting means 43 to define the fluid flow open and closed positions of the valve. A locator cap 51 is provided having a first abutment means 52 in axial thrust transmitting engagement with the valve stem and a second abutment means 53 in engagement with said body for limiting the amount of axial thrust transmitted to the valve stem by the first abutment means 52 to a predetermined optimum amount. A retaining means 76 is releasably secured to the body 12 to apply axial thrust to the first abutment means.
