    Abstract: An anti-slip mat includes three layers, a top and a bottom layer of an expanded, closed cell elastomer and a center layer of a strong, non-stretching and waterproof fabric. The mat layers are held in place, one on top of another, by a fabric binding extending around the perimeter of the map and secured by stitching.
