The system, method, and computer program product are configured to a) identify information relating to an event or condition that triggers a lock of customer information associated with a customer; b) lock at least a portion of the customer information associated with the customer based at least partially on the identifying; and c) generate a notification indicating that at least the portion of the customer information associated with the customer is locked based at least partially on the locking.

Abstract: Embodiments for linking account data are included in systems for receiving account data and non-account data and filtering the account data by customer or account information. The embodiments further include identifying a customer and customer accounts based on the filtered account data and linking at least a portion of the non-account data to the customer, and combining the non-account data portion and the filtered account data, and identifying one or more guarantors of the customer accounts based on the combined data.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for providing a unified representation of all customer relationships with an entity. This representation focuses on customer products in arrears that are to be recovered. The invention presents an overarching view of all customer relationships to a representative. This allows the representative to make decision and take appropriate actions immediately based on the entire relationship with the customer when a customer communication is initiated. As such, the invention correlates all of the customer's relationships with a financial institution into one unified representation for a representative to review. The unified representation takes into consideration all of the customer's relationships as well as external factors on the communications and relationships. Thus providing a holistic customer service experience for a customer with accounts in arrears.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to apparatus, methods, and computer program products for determining a lead account from amongst one or more financial accounts associated with a customer that are currently in arrears. Once the lead account has been determined a lead account indicator is provided within user interfaces of a unified account payment recovery system application in conjunction with information pertaining to the account. In this regard the representative using the application as a tool to assist in contacting, or being contacted by, customers can readily identify which of the accounts in arrears associated with the customer should be the initial account which the representative attempts to recover payment from.

Abstract: Systems and methods for the electronic management of games are described. In one exemplary embodiment, a system comprises an electronic dealer device for storing, processing, and displaying card game information. The electronic dealer device provides portions of the game information to a player throughout different stages of the game. The electronic dealer device also transmits at least a portion of the game information to a forced bet device, such as, for example, a blind button. The dealer and blind buttons or devices concurrently display game information during the card game in a coordinated fashion.
