    Abstract: In a method for creating a radiation treatment plan, notification of selection of a service provider to provide treatment plan for use in radiation therapy is received. In response to the service provider accepting the selection to provide the treatment plan, a treatment plan request comprising patient identification information for a patient from a server is received. Patient files corresponding to the patient are received from the server, wherein the patient files include information for use in creating the treatment plan. The treatment plan is provided. In response to the service provider completing the treatment plan, the treatment plan is transmitted to the server.

    Abstract: The invention provides a method of treating cancer in a mammal comprising administering to the mammal an effective amount of modified C-reactive protein ("mCRP"). The invention also provides a method of treating cancer in a mammal comprising administering to the mammal mCRP in combination with another agent such as a chemotherapeutic compound, immunoadjuvant, or cytokine. The mCRP may be administered to the mammal in a pharmaceutically-acceptable carrier or in liposomes. The invention further provides a method of identifying cancer cells in a mammal using mCRP as an imaging agent.
