Abstract: A vaporizer device includes various modular components. The vaporizer device includes a first subassembly. The first subassembly includes a cartridge connector that secures a vaporizer cartridge to the vaporizer device and includes at least two receptacle contacts that electrically communicate with the vaporizer cartridge. The vaporizer device includes a second subassembly. The second subassembly includes a skeleton defining a rigid tray that retains at least a power source. The vaporizer device also includes a third subassembly. The third subassembly includes a plurality of charging contacts that supply power to the power source, and an end cap that encloses an end of the vaporizer device.

Abstract: The electronic Building Information Card (eBIC) system provides a systematic and comprehensive approach for building information maintenance to assist first responders and building owners in an emergency response. The eBIC solution is built to the essential elements for each building along with a cross vertical view of the building. This provides the first responder a quick size-up assessment, an easy to read graphic view format and further support emergency operations for each building.

Abstract: Various methods and systems directed to electromagnetic signal proximity detection are disclosed. For example, an EM detector may include an antenna array for sensing electromagnetic radiation produced by a source of radio-frequency electromagnetic radiation, one or more amplitude demodulation circuits coupled to the antenna array configured to perform an amplitude demodulation of one or more signals provided by the antenna array to produce one or more respective demodulated output signals, and an analysis circuit coupled to the amplitude demodulation circuit configured to determine at least one relative characteristic between the antenna array and the source of radio-frequency electromagnetic radiation. The relative characteristic may be the relative distance and/or angle between the antenna array and the source of radio-frequency electromagnetic radiation. The embodiments allow for signal source detection and location determination without knowledge of the frequency of a target emitter.
