  • Patent number: 10337820
Abstract: An apparatus to be mounted onto a muzzle of a firearm consists of a muzzle device, a clamp, and a fastening mechanism. The muzzle device can be a compensator or a muzzle brake. The clamp and the fastening mechanism is used to hold the muzzle device against the barrel of the firearm. The muzzle device consists of a barrel receiving aperture that traverses through a structural body. When a muzzle of a firearm is positioned within the barrel receiving aperture, the clamp is pressed against the structural body so that the fastening mechanism can be used to secure the muzzle device in place. Since the apparatus does not utilize the threads located on the barrel of the firearm, the overall quality of the threads is preserved.

  • Publication number: 20190094663
Abstract: An interlocking camera mount uses multiple interlocking links to form an articulated chain of camera mounts. To accomplish this, each interlocking link has a camera mount, and two pivotable bases. The camera mount is an attachment point to which a camera can be affixed. The pivotable bases are connection mechanisms that enable the interlocking links to be chained together and form an articulated chain. Additionally, the pivotable bases are positioned on opposite sides of the camera mount. Thus, facilitating the creation of a serially linked chain. Specifically, the pivotable bases of an arbitrary link are used to connect the arbitrary link to one or more adjacent links.

  • Patent number: 10234237
Abstract: An integrated fixed sight on a firearm consists of a front sighting device and an external muzzle device. The external muzzle device includes a proximal end, a central axis, a mount body, a top surface, and a distal end. The front sighting device is laterally aligned with the central axis and mounted onto the top surface adjacent the proximal end. The front sighting device can vary in size and shape. The external muzzle device is mounted onto the barrel of the firearm through a clamp and a fastening mechanism. Since the threads on the barrel are not used, the threads of the barrel are preserved.

  • Patent number: 7757508
Abstract: A heat pump has a refrigerant loop, a compressor in fluid communication with the refrigerant loop, at least one indoor heat exchanger in fluid communication with the refrigerant loop, and at least one outdoor heat exchanger in fluid communication with the refrigerant loop. The at least one outdoor heat exchanger has a phase change material in thermal communication with the refrigerant loop and in fluid communication with an outdoor environment. Other systems, devices, and methods are described.

  • Patent number: 5916831
Abstract: A carburetor (2) to supply a mixture of fuel gas and combustion air to a reciprocating internal combustion engine. The carburetor has a venturi (4) and a throttle (10) including a throttle valve (24). A tear-drop shaped obstruction (36) is mounted in the venturi throat (18) on diametrically opposed radial arms (66). The narrowest part of the tubular gap (46) between the walls of venturi (4) and the obstruction (36) is at gap (48). A continuous slot (50) in the throat wall (18) encircles the obstruction and opens into gap (48). Another continuous slot (70) encircling the obstruction (36) is formed therein and also opens into the gap (48). Fuel gas is supplied to the slots (50 and 70) through passages (52, 74 and 72).
