Abstract: A handle system for use with a disposable flosser having an elongate flosser handle to fixedly and replaceably receive the flosser. The system includes an auxiliary handle having a blind bore; a cap movably mounted to the auxiliary handle adjacent the blind bore and defining a channel; and a flexible member received within the channel and the blind bore of the auxiliary handle and configured for receiving a portion of the flosser handle. The cap is movable between first and second positions to urge the flexible member against the flosser handle when the flosser handle is received within the flexible member so as to frictionally retain the flosser handle.

Abstract: A device for cleaning the tongue, including an elongate handle and a head portion extending away from the handle, the head portion including a pair of legs, a connector extending between terminal ends of the legs, and a substantially continuous layer of a thermoplastic elastomeric material overlying the legs and the connector to define a tongue contact surface, with the portions of the tongue contact surface overlying the legs having different flexibility than the portion of the tongue contact surface overlying the connector.
