  • Patent number: 11903558
Abstract: A direct intracardiac imaging catheter capable of entering chambers of the heart and providing an image through a vein or an artery percutaneously, or through direct access during open surgery. The intracardiac imaging catheter apparatus is a small optical fiber imaging system. The catheter is deflectable and capable of navigating within all heart chambers to acquire detailed images, and adjacent large vessels during percutaneous cardiac procedures. The catheter can access the arterial system to acquire blood vessel images. It can pass through the intra-atrial septum (foramen ovale) for cardiac procedures in the left chambers and large vessels adjacent the left heart, including pulmonary veins and the aorta. During open heart surgery, images can be provided from hard to access regions including the back of the heart during off pump cardiac surgery. The apparatus includes balloon tip that can be inflated and deflected based the movement of catheter.

  • Publication number: 20230370276
Abstract: The MetaSafe platform disclosed in this application is a decentralized storage and peer-to-peer network that utilizes Internet Gateway's (Routers) resources such as processor, storage, and network bandwidth to run a Blockchain network and provides services such as decentralized secured storage and peer-to-peer internet traffic routine for privacy that enables anyone with an Internet connection to store their information securely from any computing device and retrieve it on demand or share it at will. Due to its decentralized nature, and no single authority controlling or running the network, data is almost hackproof and not subject to any commercial exploitation. The enhancements comprise Proof of Stake consensus protocol vs. Proof of work to make it low-cost participation, utility token to incentivize the developers and network validators, and finally the ability to run the network validation on thousands of routers, the most under-utilized but the most important piece of hardware that's always online.

  • Patent number: 11558386
Abstract: Various embodiments provide an approach to controlled access of websites based on website content, and profile for the person consuming the data. In operation, machine learning techniques are used to classify the websites based on community and social media inputs, crowdsourced data, as well as access rules implemented by parents or system administrators. Feedback from users/admins of the system, including the instances of allowed or denied access to websites, in conjunction with other relevant parameters, is used for iterative machine learning techniques.

  • Patent number: 11375976
Abstract: A wireless stethoscope provides a method of listening, recording and diagnosis of heart, lung, abdominal, vascular and other visceral organs sounds in place of a standard stethoscope. Simultaneous transfer of data occurs from the wireless stethoscope to an earpiece and a computing device, or an electronic medical records system, for recording, transmitting and analyzing information obtained from physical examination to provide a provisional diagnosis. A digital membrane portion has the capability to transmit sounds and subtle vibrations. The device measures acoustic transmissions that may include airborne transmission, impact transmission and flanking transmission. The device is capable of transmitting sound directly through an earbud port or to provide analog data for digital conversion and transmission of digital information. Further, the device includes sound wave control and noise reduction. The device can be switched from a bell to a membrane mode.
