Abstract: A body warmer adapted to be either removably secured to a rattan chair or the like or to a cushion secured to the chair. In one form of the invention, the body warmer has a sleeve at its upper back portion which is slipped over the top of the chair. In another form of the invention, the cushion is secured to the chair and snaps interconnect the body warmer with the cushion. In still another form of the invention, the body warmer includes additional cushioning material in the back portion thereof so that a cushion is not needed. In still another form of the invention, the body warmer is detachably connected to the cushion by means of snaps and also has a sleeve at its upper rearward portion which is slipped over the top of the chair. A foot warmer portion is removably secured to the lower end of the body warmer adapted to receive the feet of the person utilizing the body warmer.

Abstract: A method and means for packaging sheet material such as polyurethane foam is described wherein the compressed sheet material is positioned within an inner bag and is held from expansion by means of a flexible plastic sleeve with the plastic sleeve maintaining a flexible U-shaped handle between it and the bag with the handle protruding from one end of the package.

Abstract: A backrest having a lumbar support cushion selectively vertically adjustably positioned thereon to accommodate the physical structure of the particular person utilizing the backrest. Support cushions having various thicknesses may also be utilized. The backrest has a plurality of vertically spaced, horizontal grooves, and the lumbar cushion has a horizontal tongue for releasable connection in the backrest grooves.

Abstract: A travel pillow comprising a pillow casing having compressible material contained therein which is selectively removably positioned within a flexible plastic bag. One end of the flexible plastic bag has a zipper or the like to enable that end of the bag to be selectively closed. A one-way air valve is provided at the other end of the bag to permit air within the bag and the pillow contained therein to be exhausted outwardly therefrom so that the thickness of the pillow may be reduced.

Abstract: An orthopedic pillow comprising an outer pillow case defining first and second compartments therein. A fibrous material is positioned in the first compartment to provide a head cushion. An elongated resilient block member is positioned in the second compartment for supporting a person's neck. The firmness of the head and neck cushion may be selectively varied.
