    Abstract: An insert for positioning within a weep hole in a building foundation, permitting the passage of air while excluding insects. The insert includes a resilient, air-permeable pad having opposed sides. A gripping member is secured to each of the opposed sides of the pad. Each gripping member is a substantially rigid plate extending from the top of the pad to the bottom of the pad.
