  • Patent number: 11410291
Abstract: A method includes receiving one or more sets of wafer data, identifying one or more primitives from one or more shapes in one or more layers in the one or more sets of wafer data, classifying each of the one or more primitives as a particular primitive type, identifying one or more primitive characteristics for each of the one or more primitives, generating a primitive database of the one or more primitives, generating one or more rules based on the primitive database, receiving one or more sets of design data, applying the one or more rules to the one or more sets of design data to identify one or more critical areas, and generating one or more wafer inspection recipes including the one or more critical areas for an inspection sub-system.

  • Patent number: 10089832
Abstract: A game device includes a lottery unit to decide stop positions of spinning slot reels of a first reel group displayed on a display and select a type of battle action among plural types of battle action, with reference to the stop positions. The device includes a decision unit configured to decide the selected type of battle action as a battle action by a player character. Each type of battle action has an attribution associated with a set of symbols of the slot reels at the stop positions. The plural types of battle action include a first type of battle action having a first attribution to attack an enemy character and a second type of battle action having a second attribution different from the first attribution. The device includes a determination unit configured to decrease hit points of the enemy character and the player character.

  • Publication number: 20060073430
Abstract: A method and apparatus for on-line wash-down of a heat sink media bed in a regenerative heat exchanger of a regenerative fume incinerator is disclosed. When a heat sink media bed requires cleaning, the selected regenerative heat exchanger is cooled while the remaining regenerative heat exchangers are operated in their normal mode of operation. When the selected media bed reaches a temperature which is less than the thermal-shock temperature of the media material, a cleaning fluid is sprayed on the media surfaces through spray-pipes which are installed within the media bed. After the media surfaces are washed down, the selected regenerative heat-exchanger is reverted back to its normal mode of operation. The regenerative heat exchanger can also be automatically burnt-out of deposited gasifiable matter prior to the wash-down. Random or sequential burn-out and wash-down of the regenerative heat-exchangers can be performed.
