Abstract: An information management system may store information related to tasks to be performed by workers in an organization. Workers in the organization may communicate with the information management system using email messages. The information management system may not require a login or authentication procedure, and workers may interact with the information management system without the need to log in to the information management system. The information management system may receive an email message from a worker that indicates a request for a report. The information management system may determine whether to transmit the report to the worker based on whether the worker is appropriately registered with the information management system, and/or whether the worker has administrative privileges. The information management system, in response to a positive determination, may transmit the report to the email address from which the requesting email message was sent.

Abstract: A medical device for thermally affecting tissue, having a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger at least partially disposed within the first heat exchanger, a first fluid located within the first heat exchanger to at least partially surround the second heat exchanger, and a second fluid circulating through the second heat exchanger. The medical device can be deformable when in contact with tissue, and can further include standoff elements to space or separate the two heat exchangers.

Abstract: A medical device for thermally affecting tissue including a heat exchanger having a first fluid circulating through the heat exchanger, a deployment member secured to at least a portion of the heat exchanger, and a second fluid located within the deployment member. The medical device may be deformable upon contact with tissue, and may further include a deployment member having a rigidity that can be modified by changes in temperature.

Abstract: A device and method are provided for effecting a thermal change within a selection region of a skull, such as a particular surface portion of the brain, the tissue that encloses the brain or the fluid within the skull. A first elongate, flexible member having a proximal end, a distal end, and a wall portion having an outer surface and an inner surface is provided. The wall portion defines a lumen extending from the proximal end to the distal end, wherein the proximal end is open and the distal end is closed. The wall portion further defines a passage from the outer surface to the inner surface at a point between the proximal end and the distal end.
