Abstract: Apparatus and methods for generating pulse pacing in a wearable cardioverter defibrillator (“WCD”). In one aspect the WCD circuitry includes a power source such as a battery coupled to a charger that provides charge energy to an energy storage module. Control circuitry is operatively coupled to the charger and the output circuitry, and configured to cause the WCD circuitry to generate pacing pulses delivered to therapy electrodes (attached to an ambulatory patient) without a current source. The WCD circuitry includes one or more processing elements that are used to execute instructions provided by one or more software modules that are configured to support various functionality, including controlling generation of pacing pulses.

Abstract: A method and console are provided to create and manage dispatch unit identities on multiple independent communications systems. A console server receives a first dispatch unit list from a first radio system. The first dispatch unit list includes a first plurality of dispatch unit IDs from the first radio system. The console server receives a second dispatch unit list from a second radio system. The second dispatch unit list includes a second plurality of dispatch unit IDs from the second radio system. The console server creates a first role that includes at most one dispatch unit ID from each radio system. Multiple roles can be created by the console server. Upon authenticating a dispatcher at the console server, the console server presents a menu of roles available to the dispatcher. The menu of roles can include all roles on the console server or only the roles that the dispatcher is allowed to choose and that are currently available.

The data feeds are associated with an incident. The electronic computing device further includes an electronic processor configured to determine an incident type of the incident, and determine a quantity of data feeds associated with the incident. The electronic processor is further configured to determine whether to present the data feeds on a communication device based on the incident type and the quantity of data feeds. The data feeds are presented via an output device of the communication device in response to the electronic processor determining that the data feeds are to be presented on the communication device.
