  • Patent number: 11912545
Abstract: A wireless hoist system including a first hoist device having a first motor and a first wireless transceiver and a second hoist device having a second motor and a second wireless transceiver. The wireless hoist system includes a controller in wireless communication with the first wireless transceiver and the second wireless. The controller is configured to receive a user input and determine a first operation parameter and a second operation parameter based on the user input. The controller is also configured to provide, wirelessly, a first control signal indicative of the first operation parameter to the first hoist device and provide, wirelessly, a second control signal indicative of the second operation parameter to the second hoist device. The first hoist device operates based on the first control signal and the second hoist device operates based on the second control signal.

  • Publication number: 20220242734
Abstract: Methods for the production of densified granules of graphene oxide worm (rGOW) particles. Graphene oxide worms are combined with a liquid to produce densified granules of graphene oxide worms. The granules can be easily processed and can incorporated into polymeric compositions such as elastomers. Also disclosed are masterbatch and composite materials made by combining the granules with a polymer.

  • Patent number: 8518176
Abstract: Method for suppressing antagonistic hydration reactions in Portland fly ash cement involves the use of unponded fly ash that is pre-hydrated, preferably as an aqueous slurry wherein fly ash, preferably having an alkaline earth metal oxide of at least 10% by weight, is soaked, whereby the hydration reaction of the resultant mixed fly ash and cement is accelerated when these components are mixed together with water to hydrate the cement. Blended Portland cement/fly ash compositions of the invention will also have higher early strength as well as shorter set time compared to untreated blends.

  • Patent number: 4471844
Abstract: A device for containing and removing drilling slurry includes a pair of concentric, annular, parallel side walls joined at like edges to an annular end wall to form an annular cavity therein. The opposed edges of the side walls are provided with annular sealing gaskets, the gasket on the inner wall being provided with radially extending intake slots. A vacuum fitting extends through the outer side wall to partially evacuate the cavity and to cause the device to adhere to a floor or wall surface. The end wall includes a central opening therethrough to receive a drilling bit or the like, the opening being slightly eccentric with respect to the axis and defining a shallow recess which retains liquid slurry. A pair of drain holes extend through the inner side wall at the shallow recess to remove accumulated slurry.
