  • Patent number: 5350228
Abstract: An electrostatic discharge protective workstation and method of making the same wherein the workstation includes a metal cabinet having drawers and/or shelves constructed for a static-safe work environment so that the metal cabinet conforms with the standard resistivity ranges for static dissipative control. The metal parts of the cabinet have a dielectric base paint coat of a thickness of about 0.4 to 0.6 mils and an outer coat of an electrostatic dissipative paint having a thickness of about 0.7 to about 0.9 mils.

  • Patent number: 5176437
Abstract: A system for preventing storage cabinets and the like from tipping when drawers of the cabinet are opened using an anchor clip for cooperating with the feet on the cabinet to latch the cabinet in vertical position.

  • Patent number: 4811999
Abstract: An improved tool box with a tip-over preventive outrigger attached is disclosed. The outrigger is pivoted about an axis beyond the lateral extension of the drawers on the front face of the tool box so that the outrigger must be placed in its supportive position before any of the drawers can be opened. A hasp and lock may be added for locking the outrigger in the closed position so that none of the drawers can be opened.

  • Patent number: 4604838
Abstract: A modular mezzanine structure for ready attachment to preexisting storage cabinet structure is disclosed. Angle brackets attached to supporting feet are provided. The feet are inserted into apertures conventionally formed in the cabinets. Platforms may then be assembled upon the angle brackets. A stairway and landing may similarly be attached to the cabinet structure for providing ready access to the platform thereof.

  • Patent number: 4535897
Abstract: A tool storage and transportation system is described in which a single basic extrusion is used to support tools and for interaction with various types of support devices including vertically extending stationary shelves, drawers, tool carts or taxis, and the like. The basic extrusion can be cut to lengths sufficient to hold but a single tool or can be used in longer lengths as required. The basic extrusion can be used to interact with a tool taxi by addition of handle members at the end of the extrusion, so that the assembly with tools therein can be readily lifted in or out of the taxi as required. The basic extrusion has members running along its length which provide interaction at both sides for support between paired support bars or for fitting within storage brackets, in which the basic extrusion is held by the force of gravity.

  • Patent number: 4344368
Abstract: An improved pallet for the storage of goods is disclosed which features a generally planar basic pallet adapted for ready transport and storage and for affixation thereto of a plurality of superstructures, each superstructure being designed for storage of a specific class of goods. The basic pallet is suited for storage within a modular array of storage locations, and is adapted to mate with, e.g., a forklift truck for being moved, thus performing the dual functions of pallet adaptable for carriage of a variety of goods, and adjustable shelf.
