Abstract: An apparatus for depositing a food product comprising a nozzle having a pressurised chamber and a food product outlet; a valve needle movable relative between a closed position and to one of a plurality of discrete open positions; and an actuator configured to set the position of the valve needle relative to the outlet, wherein the nozzle is further able to rotate in use to change the direction of flow of a food product being deposited by the apparatus.

Abstract: The subject invention is based on unexpected more than additive effect of multiple applications of at least one cyclopropene on crop yield as compared to single applications. Provided are methods of increasing yield of a plant comprising contacting the plant with multiple applications of a cyclopropene. In one aspect, the method comprises (a) contacting the plant with a first composition comprising a cyclopropene; and (b) contacting the plant with a second composition comprising a cyclopropene; thereby increasing the yield of the plant in comparison to a plant not contacted with the first composition and/or the second composition. In another aspect, the method comprises contacting the plant with two or more separate applications of a composition comprising at least one cyclopropene thereby increasing the yield of the plant in comparison to a plant not treated or contacted with two or more separate applications of a composition comprising at least one cyclopropene.

Abstract: The present invention relates to pesticidal mixtures comprising a component A and a component B, wherein component A is a compound of formula (I) wherein A1, A2, R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are as defined in claim 1, and one of Y1 and Y2 is S, SO or SO2 and the other is CH2 and component B is a fungicide as defined in claim 1, The present invention also relates to methods of using said mixtures for the control of plant pests.

Abstract: A brick guard 1, being a safety screen 2 to protect against masonry falling from a scaffolding lift. The screen 2 comprises a semi-rigid mesh screen of plastic material having an integral continuous runner portion 5 along a top edge thereof, and is suspended in use by at least two separately moulded hook portions 3. Each hook portion 3 comprises a support portion and at least one retaining member 10, 11, 12, 13, of which the support portion comprises at least one hook member 4 for passing around at least the upper half of the top rail of the scaffolding lift to support the brick guard from that top rail, and the or each retaining member 10, 11, 12, 13, alone or in combination with one or more other such retaining members, releasably clips the support portion to the top edge runner portion 5 of the mesh screen.

In the mouth, the tablet exhibits a first crunchy stage which changes to a second chewing gum stage.
