  • Publication number: 20230227780
Abstract: Provided are methods for isolating T-cells with T cell receptors (TCRs) optimized for reactivity to specific peptides and decreased cross-reactivity to non-target peptides. Advantageously, TCRs of the invention can be optimized to target cancer antigens and peptides while having reducing reactivity to healthy cells. Methods of the invention utilize a novel combination of culturing conditions that increase T-cell activation and allow for validation of TCR activity. Culturing conditions of the invention further reduce culturing times generally needed to achieve expanded reactive T-cells. Because of the robust nature of the activation and validation conditions of the present invention, variants of identified TCRs can also be optimized and validated for their response to peptides, including cancer peptides.

  • Publication number: 20230208552
Abstract: Systems and methods for differentiated application of an Adaptive Coding and Modulation (ACM) to enhance link performance in satellite communication systems are disclosed. A system may include a processor and a memory storing instructions, which when executed by the processor, cause the processor to dynamically compute bandwidth capacity of a terminal from a plurality of terminals. Based on the computed bandwidth capacity of the terminal, the processor may automatically determine a ModCod to be applied for transmission to or from the terminal to optimize bit error rate (BER) performance. The to processor may determine the ModCod using an ACM technique. For the plurality of terminals, the processor may dynamically determine aggregate bandwidth availability and congestion within the ACM technique to optimize sharing of available bandwidth.

  • Patent number: 11329875
Abstract: A method of switching from a first gateway within a plurality of first gateways to a second gateway in a network includes precaching configuration information on the second gateway, that is within the first gateways, prior to switch-over to the second gateway. The first gateway from which the second gateway is being switched is identified. The second gateway is configured in accordance with the configuration of the first gateway based on the precached configuration information prior to the switch-over to the second gateway. Data traffic from data applications using the network is replicated and sent to the first gateway and the second gateway. Bandwidths allocated to terminals in the network are frozen in association with the switch-over to the second gateway. The bandwidths allocated to the terminals in the network are unfrozen based at least in part on an indication of completion of the switch-over to the second gateway.

  • Patent number: 11314942
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for providing agent assisted transcriptions of user utterances. A user utterance is received in response to a prompt provided to the user at a remote client device. An automatic transcription is generated from the utterance using a language model based upon an application or context, and presented to a human agent. The agent reviews the transcription and may replace at least a portion of the transcription with a corrected transcription. As the agent inputs the corrected transcription, accelerants are presented to the user comprising suggested texted to be inputted. The accelerants may be determined based upon an agent input, an application or context of the transcription, the portion of the transcription being replaced, or any combination thereof. In some cases, the user provides textual input, to which the agent transcribes an intent associated with the input with the aid of one or more accelerants.
