A grate, a griddle, or a reversible griddle is selectively coupled to the at least one coupling member and is operable between a raised position and a lowered position when the grate, the griddle, or the reversible griddle, is engaged with the coupling member.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a platform incorporating systems and methods for analyzing and optimizing supply chain logistics. The platform allows stakeholders in a supply chain to access a server through a client application to perform various logistics, optimization, and access control tasks. Logistics management involves centralizing profile information, tracking load deliveries and facilitating stakeholder communication. Optimization involves analyzing load delivery metrics to influence the creation of job status events through the application. Access control involves providing loading site access to a driver to enable off-hours loading or unloading.
