Abstract: The disclosure relates generally to molecules that specifically engage death receptor 5 (DR5), a member of the TNF receptor superfamily (TNFRSF). More specifically the disclosure relates to multivalent and multispecific molecules that bind at least DR5.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for electronically managing coupons. The user no longer has to clip and organize coupons. The need for hand processing of coupons is substantially reduced. Rebates or payments for coupons can be substantially hastened and can be deposited directly into a user's bank, credit card, or payment provider account. Merchants and manufactures no longer have to be concerned with receiving bad (e.g., invalid, expired, or counterfeit) coupons. Thus, the electronic coupon management system benefits the users, merchants, and manufactures.

The first mobile device sends a connection request to the second mobile device. The first mobile device receives, from the second mobile device, the network address of the second mobile device, identification of services that are available on the second mobile device, and a security token. The first mobile device selects a service and sends an HTTP or HTTPS request for the service to the network address of the second mobile device, and also sends the security token. The second mobile device authenticates the request based on the token and allows the first mobile device to access the selected service.

Abstract: A method for dynamically changing the security protocol in a hand-held mobile communications device within a network includes providing an application management system in a respective mobile communications device for management of memory use and download functions, providing within the mobile communications device an embedded file system that contains executable files that are controlled by the application management system, providing a browser on the mobile communications device so that a user thereof may access websites available on the network, and providing a policy file that includes a set of rules for managing the download of applications from a remote location, the policy file being enabled to receive authorized updates over the network.

Abstract: The invention is directed to a cradle that extends a wireless device's ability to communicate data through a wireless communications network. The cradle includes a frame having back, side, and bottom portions that define an open space for receiving a wireless device that has the ability to communicate with a wireless local area network using, for example, Wi-Fi technology. The wireless device is held in place relative to the frame so that the wireless device remains in direct contact with the cradle. At least one wireless communication component is integrated into the cradle to facilitate communication of data between the wireless device and the wireless communications network.

The inner liner panel includes at least one glass and polymer layer and one gas impermeable barrier layer. The inner liner panel can also be used to form the roof and replace the outer liner panel.
