    Abstract: A high efficiency electrical switch comprised of two parallel connected FETs have different switch transition times. The faster FET is turned on first during the switch turn-on transition, and is turned off last during the switch turn-off transition. A high efficiency DC-DC converter employing the high efficiency switch is also presented.
